Client applied for I-485 (SIV client) asking for a fee waiver. If client now files separately for an EAD (I-765, with I-485 receipt notice): does he need to submit an additional fee waiver form?

Thank you very much for your work on AAA. You are correct that there is no other option. The longer the AAA takes, the more applications get filed with USCIS thus increasing the backlog - USCIS is going to break under the volume. Thanks again
